Kevin Hymel showed photographs taken by General George S. Patton, Jr. during World War II which he first presented in this book Patton’s Photographs: The War As He Saw It. Mr. Hymel had discovered them in the Library of Congress were they had been donated by Patton’s family in the early 1990s. At this event Mr. Hymel also showed photographs of General Patton from his childhood to his death in December 1945 as he talked about his life. Mr. Hymel also responded to questions from members of the audience.
This program was held at the Eisenhower Presidential Library and Museum Visitors Center Auditorium on Patton birthday. close
