Robb Mandelbaum talked aboutt he programs by which the Small Business Administration (SBA) backs loans to small companies. The SBA loans are made through partnership with banks, credit unions and other lenders. The SBA backed $30 billion in loans in fiscal year 2011. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
