Senator Jerry Moran talked about the Social Security payroll tax cut extension passed by Congress in 2010 and to expire at the end of 2011. He voted against both payroll tax cut extension proposals put forth by Republicans and Democrats last week in the Senate. He discussed his concerns as well as his impressions of recent proposals from Senator Casey and Senators Collins and McCaskill. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.
