Federal Reserve Chair Ben Bernanke held a news conference following the January 24-25 Federal Open Market Committee meeting to present current economic projections. He talked to reporters and answered questions on a number of issues including the state of the economy, interest rates, consumer confidence, and future fiscal policy.
