Law professors and authors talked about Executive Branch power, the Constitution, and Congress. They focused on the role of Executive branch officials in making high-level policy decisions, and their relationship to Congress. Among the issues they addressed were the actions of the Federal Reserve in response to the 2008 financial crisis, war powers, line item veto powers, and recent military action in support of the Libyan people. They also assessed several past presidencies and answered questions from the audience. close
