Diana Furchtgott-Roth and Gary Burtless talked about income inequality in the U.S.
Ms.Furchtgott-Roth argues that income inequality is not widening in the U.S., and that by some measures economic inequality is no greater now than it was in the 1980s. Mr. Burtless argued otherwise and with that theory and points to joblessness and other economic indicators as evidence that it has. They also responded to viewer calls and electronic communications. close
