Ilya Somin talked about the the individual mandate of the 2010 health care law that requires all Americans to either buy individual insurance policies or pay fines. The Supreme Court was scheduled to hear oral arguments on the subject the following week. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.

Reverend Paul Schenck was interviewed outside the Supreme Court about his views on the health care law. He supports universal health care but opposes the requirement that insurance companies cover contraception. close
