Emily Ethridge and Jess Bravin reviewed the previous day Supreme Court oral arguments on the individual mandate provision of the Affordable Care Act which required that citizens purchase health care coverage by 2014 or face a financial penalty. They also previewed upcoming arguments on the expansion of Medicaid, and “severability,” which refers to whether the rest of the health care law can stand if the individual mandate provision is found unconstitutional.

Wilfred Dunn was interviewed outside the Court building about his interest in day 3 oral arguments on the expansion of Medicaid. close
