President Obama spoke at the annual commemoration of the Holocaust and the Holocaust Museum. In his speech he announced a plan that would allow the U.S. to impose sanctions against foreign entities, specifically Iran and Syria, for using technology to carry out human rights abuses. 

President Obama was introduced by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel. close
