Colonel Robert Norton (Ret.) talked about the fiscal year 2013 budget request for the G.I. Bill, which provides education benefits for veterans. The program was expanded in 2008 by Senator Jim Webb (D-VA) to provide additional benefits for military veterans serving after September 11, 2011. He responded to telephone calls and electronic communications, including offering advice for veterans looking to receive benefits under the program. close
