David Wise discussed properties owned and leased by the federal government, which total about 400,000 buildings. Of those 400,000 about 68,000 are leased to non-government entities, the remainder are primarily held as government buildings. Wise highlighted the disparity between the upkeep costs and property valuation of several properties; alluding that some of the properties may not be actively updated. Viewer questions were taken via telephone and electronic devices.
