Women leaders in politics, business and education spoke about challenges facing women in the workforce. According to a National Journal online survey of 717 professional women, three-fourths of the women believe men still have more opportunities to get ahead. Half said they have experienced discrimination at work because of gender and 60% said it’s harder for women to attain positions of leadership. close
