NASA officials spoke to reporters and answered questions about the status of the Mars Curiosity Rover. The spacecraft had been traveling away from Earth since November 26, 2011 on a journey of approximately 352 million miles. The Curiosity rover began to broadcast images from Mar’s surface within two hours of its landing. close
