Prime Minister Cameron answered questions from members of his coalition and the opposition. The main topics were the European Union (EU) budget, a report on the future of the British economy, and the closure of a Ford Motor plant. On the EU budget, Prime Minister Cameron said he would veto the budget if it were not in the best interest of the United Kingdom and accused the opposition of having the position of “opportunism.” The prime minister also responded to a recent review criticizing the government’s economic growth plan.
