Brian Moynihan gave the keynote address of a Brookings Institution forum on lending practices and the future of homeownership. In remarks he said the housing market was showing signs of “real, sustained recovery” and called for an “orderly transition” that returned the Federal Housing Administration, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, to its original focus on helping low and moderate income borrowers. close
