Matt Kibbe talked about “fiscal cliff” negotiations, and he responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. He also discussed the structure of his FreedomWorks super political action committee (super PAC) following the departure of co-chair and former House Majority Leader Dick Armey, the organization’s fundraising and goals. Mr. Kibbe also talked about Republican strategies during “fiscal cliff” negotiations. 

“Fiscal cliff” referred to the impending tax increases and budget cuts at the end of 2012 if Congress failed to reach a budget agreement.
