Deb Slaney toured Casa San Ysidro, credited as being the first home to create a new type of “Territorial Style” of architecture, which combined traditional Spanish adobe and the Greek revival style that was popular in the eastern U.S. at this time.
C-SPAN’s Local Content Vehicles (LCVs) made a stop in their “2013 LCV Cities Tour” in Albuquerque, New Mexico to feature the history and literary life of the community.
