Mansfield, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College at Virginia Wesleyan, visited three sites outlined in his book, Princess Anne County and Virginia Beach: A Pictorial History. In his book, Professor Mansfield traces the history of the Princess Anne County and Virginia Beach, from the time the English landed to the present.
