Adam LeBor talked about his book, Tower of Basel: The Shadowy History of the Secret Bank that Runs the World, in which he discusses the Bank of International Settlements, whose 140 clients include central banks from around the world and other international organizations. Originally established to handle German WWI reparations, it now works to stabilize the global financial system. Mr. LeBor spoke with World Policy Institute president Michele Wucker. close
