Devin Leonard talked about his Bloomberg Businessweek article on some of the problems encountered in the building of a new headquarters for the Homeland Security Department, the largest building project in Washington since the Pentagon was built in 1943. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. He discussed the history of the department, and some of its past controversies and difficulties.
