Korean War Veteran Luigi Montani talked about his experiences patrolling the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) after the Korean War and his hopes for how the war is remembered. Luigi Montani joined the military as soon as he turned 18 and was sent to Korea in 1955 to patrol the DMZ. He spoke about what it was like in the army’s infantry during the years immediately following the Korean War.
