Mark Holt, specialist in energy policy at the Congressional Research Service, talked about efforts to extend the U.S.-South Korea Nuclear Cooperation Agreement until March 2016, after an effort earlier in the year to create a long-term successor failed.

“Critical Themes of the US-ROK 123: Challenges for Congressional Action on Extending the US-ROK Nuclear Cooperation Agreement” was a presentation of the U.S.-Korea Institute at SAIS in partnership with the Global America Business Institute.
