Former President Bill Clinton explained the benefits of the health care law at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. He detailed why the law was needed to help costs to go down and give more people access to health care, what the law does, and what are some aspects that need to be fixed. Topics included the purpose of the health insurance exchanges that would open October 1, 2013, and the role of the states.
