Jay Solomon and Abderrahim Foukara talked about possible international reaction to any military action the U.S. might take in Syria, focusing on the Middle East and Obama administration foreign affairs efforts. They also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications. Both Mr. Solomon and Mr. Foukara argued for the importance of congressional approval of military action in Syria, and that failure to do so could weaken the Obama presidency.
