John Hennessy, Chief Historian with the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park, talked about civilians in Fredericksburg, Virginia during the Civil War, and how they dealt with the city’s occupation. He toured the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center, and spoke about some the items in their exhibit, “Fredericksburg at War.”
