Najab Ghadbian, the Special Representative to the United States for the National Coalition of Syrian Revolution and Opposition Forces, spoke at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. A peace conference on Syria had been scheduled for November 2013 in Geneva, but it was unclear at the time which rebel groups would attend the event. He also responded to questions from the audience. close
