Jen Marlowe, Kimberly Davis, and other participants talked about Troy Davis' trial, the problems with the case against him, and the global efforts to keep him from being put to death. Davis was convicted of killing a police officer in 1989, but maintained his innocence until the very end of his life. His supporters included former President Jimmy Carter, Pope Benedict XVI, and Desmond Tutu. This event was held at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in New York City. close
