Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius talked about the new health insurance plans starting the next day for the two million Americans who had signed up using the state and federal health insurance exchanges provided for under the Affordable Care Act. Others who were helped included those covered by extended Medicaid coverage and young people who could remain on their parents' insurance policies.
