U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer was interviewed by Pete Williams and responded to questions from students in the audience at the Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. He talked about the presidential recess appointments case the Supreme Court had heard earlier that day. He also discussed writing briefs, deliberations in conference, and the pillars he looks to when deciding a case. When asked about allowing cameras in the Supreme Court Justice Breyer said the issue was not a matter of “if” but rather “when.”
