The National Council of La Raza and the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement held a news conference in the National Press Club to announce the release of an updated report on health insurance coverage and the Hispanic population. The report found the percentage of Hispanics covered by health insurance to be lower than the percentage of blacks or whites covered by health insurance. close
