Representative Steve Scalise (R-LA), National Review writer Rich Lowry, ACU Chairman Al Cardenas and Evan Sayet, author of The KinderGarden of Eden: How The Modern Liberal Thinks, participated in a panel discussion on income inequality and economic policy. They agreed that conservatives should to be more focused on ensuring equal opportunity.
