Ellen Mule, Clara Pitts, and Amelia Griese’s Difficult Choices for Defense was one of the high school East Division second prize-winners in C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest. They were 12th graders at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia.
C-SPAN Classroom’s StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme. In the 2014 contest, participants were asked, “What’s the most important issue Congress should consider in 2014?”
