Attorneys David Boies and Ted Olson talked about same-sex marriage and civil rights. They compared the civil rights movement of the 1960's with the gay rights movement and assessed various judicial rulings surrounding same-sex marriage laws. They also spoke about their efforts to overturn Proposition 8, which sought to ban gay marriage in California.
