Panelists talked about the state of congressional history. Topics included current projects attempting to retrieve old records from individual members of Congress, as well as the differences between the first Congress and the Congress of today. 2014 marked the 225th anniversary of the first meeting of the U.S. Congress at Federal Hall in New York City.
