Former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson talked about the Chinese economy at a Center for Strategic and International Studies forum on the impact on global markets of China’s economic policies and slowing economic growth. He also said climate change was the overriding ongoing and future issue, and that China’s leaders understand this while many U.S. leaders did not. close
