Barry Posen talked about case for restraint in the U.S. response to increased violence in Iraq. He said Iraq and Israel were “reckless drivers” in the area of foreign policy and expect the U.S. to assist them. He also said U.S. allies may speak out against U.S. actions at times, but they "really, really, really trust us".
