Witnesses testified at a House Foreign Affairs subcommittee hearing on the threat of the Ebola virus. Dr. Tom Frieden, director of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said the Ebola outbreak in West Africa could be stopped but would take time and meticulous attention to detail.
