Jay Solomon previewed President Obama’s trip to the United Nations. The president was chairing a meeting of the U.N. Security Council where he was expected to seek a resolution demanding tighter laws to prevent cross-border terrorist travel. Mr. Solomon also talked U.S. airstrikes launched against ISIS* militants in Syria. The Arab nations of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates also took part in the military action.
