Prime Minister David Cameron spoke with reporters and responded to questions following the conclusion of the NATO Summit in Wales. He said that the ceasefire agreement in Ukraine was “good news” but there needed to be a commitment to a “proper peace plan.” He suggested that sanctions would continue but could be lifted if such a peace plan was put in place. Other topics included Scottish independence and and the threat from ISIS* militants.
