Prime Minister David Cameron spoke at the annual Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham, England. He outlined his party’s economic agenda and congratulated Scotland for staying in the U.K. He told party members that leading up to the Scottish referendum was the “most nerve-wracking” time of his life. The British prime minister also addressed the U.K.'s decision to conduct airstrikes against ISIS* and warned that any British national who joined ISIS would be treated as an enemy of the U.K.
