Chair Tom Wheeler testified on the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) relationship with the Obama administration. The hearing focused specifically on the FCC’s previous month 3-2 approval along party lines of new"open Internet," also known as “net neutrality,” rules designed to prohibit Internet service providers from blocking or discriminating against legal content moving through their networks.
