Senate Foreign Relations Committee Ranking Member Ben Cardin (D-MD) spoke to reporters following a closed-door briefing with Secretary of State John Kerry, Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, and Treasury Secretary Jack Lew on the preliminary framework agreement reached in nuclear negotiations with Iran.
