Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton delivered a keynote address at Columbia University about the criminal justice system and incidents of police violence against unarmed black men in Ferguson, New York, South Carolina, and Baltimore. She called for broad criminal justice reforms, including mandatory use of body cameras by U.S. police departments and sentencing reform. She spoke at the 18th annual David N. Dinkins Leadership and Public Policy Forum in the Low Memorial Library Rotunda at Columbia University. close
