Chief Kim Dine testified at a hearing on the U.S. Capitol Police. Topics included incidents in which U.S. Capitol Police officers left weapons unattended in the Capitol Hill complex and the gyrocopter landing on the west lawn of the Capitol. Chief Dine said there was “no excuse” for incidents in which officer left weapons in Capitol Visitor Center bathrooms. close
