A three-judge panel at the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral argument on whether the corruption conviction of former Governor Bob McDonnell (R-VA) should be overturned. The Court was considering two points: first whether the definition of “official acts” was overly broad and second if prospective jurors were properly questioned on whether they were influenced by media portrayals of the case.

This program contains the audio recording released by the Court. Still images of participants were shown on the screen as they spoke if available. close
