President Obama and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg spoke to reporters following a meeting at the White House to discuss topics including Ukraine, Russia, Jordan, Libya, and the troop drawdown in Afghanistan. President Obama said that the U.S. was working with NATO to fight ISIS. President Obama began his remarks with concerns about the floods in Texas and he also urged the Senate to work through the congressional break to make sure the U.S. was not left vulnerable by the expiration of the Patriot Act at the end of the month. close
