Noam Scheiber talked about the Obama administration’s proposed changes to overtime pay put forth the previous week. The plan would more than double the salary threshold for overtime eligibility to $970 a week in 2016, meaning that employees earning a yearly salary of $50,440 or less would automatically be eligible for overtime pay. close
