Attorney General Loretta Lynch, presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett, and Miami-Dade County, Florida, Mayor Carlos Gimenez (R) participated in a conference call with the press to mark the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act signed into law by President Lyndon B.
