Presidential Candidate Jeb Bush on Foreign Policy Former Governor Jeb Bush (R-FL), a candidate for the Republican 2016 presidential nomination, spoke about foreign policy at the Reagan Library in California. He said that the ISIL* terror group was spreading like a pandemic globally and he laid out a plan to defeat them in Iraq and Syria. He also discussed why the Iran nuclear agreement was bad for U.S. security. After his remarks he responded to questions from former Ambassador Tuttle and members of the audience.
