Former “Drug Czar” William Bennett spoke to new House members at an orientation forum in the conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation. He spoke to the new members on their duties and responsibilities as members of Congress, and at one point held up a wrapped slab of pork while discussing the members' duties to their public. Following his prepared remarks, Mr. Bennett responded to questions from members of the audience. close
